We help brands earn their place on India's high streets.
Velurexis Group is a franchise and brand-expansion advisory group working with fashion, apparel and lifestyle brands on entry, ownership structure and network build-out across India.

Velurexis Group
India expansion, structured for execution.
Independent, model-agnostic, and accountable to outcomes.
We are not a broker chasing a signing fee, and we are not tied to a single expansion structure. Our work begins with an honest read on whether a brand is ready for India, and continues only where the economics support it.
Most brands arrive with a target store count. We start earlier — with the catchments, occupancy costs, partner supply and operating bandwidth that determine whether that number is achievable. The answer is sometimes fewer stores, in better markets, under a different ownership model than the one the brand assumed.

Four convictions that shape every engagement.
Sequence beats speed
Opening ten stores in the wrong order costs more than opening five in the right one. Market sequencing is the single highest-leverage decision in an India rollout.
The partner is the product
In a franchised network, the customer experiences the partner, not the head office. Vetting is not administrative work — it is brand protection.
Occupancy cost is destiny
A store's rent-to-revenue ratio is set on the day the lease is signed. Almost nothing downstream recovers a location taken at the wrong number.
Advice must survive contact with execution
A strategy that cannot be built, staffed, licensed and stocked is not a strategy. We stay engaged through opening day.
Advisory that does not stop at the recommendation.
Model-agnostic advice
We are not incentivised toward one ownership structure. FOFO, FOCO and COCO are tools; the market decides which one applies.
Evidence before expansion
Every recommendation traces back to catchment data, unit economics and competitive reality — not to a template rollout plan.
Execution, not just advice
The engagement continues past the strategy document, through partner mobilisation, licensing, fit-out and opening day.
Pan-India coverage
Metro flagships and tier 3 high streets are evaluated with the same rigour and the same commercial discipline.
